Yes, pick-up and drop-off from the city center (up to 10 km) are included in the ticket price. If you need pick-up from farther away, this can usually be arranged.

We recommend dressing warmly in layers, as temperatures can drop significantly. Warm winter clothing, gloves, and hats are essential.

You can usually enjoy the Northern Lights in Lapland at their best during September, October, February, March, and early April. During these months, long nights and stable weather patterns make the conditions ideal for spotting the aurora. In addition, the equinox periods often bring stronger activity, which increases your likelihood of success.

Yes, children are welcome on our tours. We ensure that the experience is enjoyable and safe for all age groups. Please inform us in advance if you have small children so we can accommodate your needs.

Generally, we do not include food or drinks in our tours. Instead, we recommend that you bring your own snacks and beverages, since tours can sometimes last for several hours. In addition, carrying a warm drink such as hot cocoa can make the experience more pleasant and help you stay warm during the night.

With the Guaranteed Ticket, you’re fully covered: if no northern lights are spotted during your tour, you can choose either a 100% refund or join the next day’s tour free of charge using the same ticket. If northern lights are spotted – even faintly – no refund applies. Your guide will take a photo as documentation of the sighting.

If we determine that seeing the northern lights would be completely impossible – for example due to a heavy snowstorm covering all of Lapland – we will not operate the tour. Instead, we’ll cancel it proactively and offer you either a full refund or a free transfer to the next available departure. We value your time (and ours) and wouldn’t operate a tour that has no realistic chance of success.

We recommend booking the tour for your first day of arrival to maximize your chances of seeing the northern lights. If weather conditions are unfavorable and we assess that the tour is not feasible, we can reschedule or offer alternative dates. This way, you ensure the best possible chance to experience the auroras.
